Its not pointless. He is claiming one thing, however if he is doing what I described and continues doing it his entire life, then he is in fact not a Christian.
LOL!
Really?
I find it hilarious listening to the endless examples of the No True Scotsman fallacy.
One might as well say that anyone who accepts a job that requires them to work every Sunday isn't a Christian, either.
MEDALLOKUYA, you sure seem to love focusing on other people's sin.
You still seem to be playing a game of: "My sin is better than your sin"
That is Pride, unlike masturbation, pride is a sin. God says so.
MEDALLOKUYA, you have a big thing going with masturbation. You may want to get counseling for that.
God never listed masturbation as being a sin.
Did you miss the last 3-4 times I already refuted your ridiculous claims.
1) This is the OP's thread and the OP's claim. So naturally we would discuss things relevant to the OP. Being a homosexual male AND being a Christian presents a host of problematic issues. One being how is he going to refrain from homosexual sex AND masturbation his entire life? Now, I presented the option of marrying a woman and attempting to fill that biological need to relief himself.
2) Never once claimed or said my sin or anyone's sin is better than anyone's. In fact I have said numerous times sin is sin and the same in God's eyes. My having sex with women out of wedlock is no better than a man having sex with another man. We ALL must turn away from and cease living a sinful lifestyle.
3) That is not pride, that is TRUTH.
4) Masturbation alone is not a sin. However, 99.99% of the time men commit a sin while masturbating. ie Viewing porn or thinking sexually explicit thoughts. Both of which are sins.
5) If you want to call asking someone about a more than relevant topic to their situation "a big thing" than go right ahead.
And please, do come again.

still waiting on your thought about staying celibate AND refraining from masturbation all your life.
All I got to say to remain celibate until marriage to the opposite sex. With regards to masturbation , it depends on the heart and motive of the person. If it is the case of lusting over someone or something(porn) other than the person you are married to then it a sin.

The OP is not married and has not mentioned marriage.

Do you realize how awful it sounds when you suggest that someone should get married just to relieve their sexual urges? That is so awful to the other person. If some god was more okay with that rather than marrying the person you love (even of the same gender) or choosing to go solo with impure thoughts, I'd seriously reconsider worshipping it.
It must be awful to be consumed by thoughts of other peoples' masturbatory habits.
