I HOPE(another word beginning with an H) that you don't believe that YOU have decided that you will be going to Heaven - because how dare you believe that you are better than God to believe that YOU have the ability to make that decision.

IMO, Only and only God knows who is going to heaven, and who is not.
If a human knew 100% for sure that he was going to heaven he would have instantly committed suicide and/or he would have prayed to God to take his life, if "life is a punishment and we are all born with a sin".
The counter argument of not committing suicide or praying for our death because "I have children" is also a hypocritical one. Ask the children to believe in what you believe and take lives too. Everyone will be in heaven, no?
What I do agree with is that we should have "HOPE" (this is THE H word) to be blessed by God AFTER we have tried spending our lives in a morally good way under the code of God where we don't hurt anyone, and we are helpful and polite to others. If we have made sins then not only should we repent but more importantly we have tried our best to make up for it.
For ourselves or for others, we cannot decide who is going to heaven or hell. It's funny to even think this way.
We can only try to make the best use of our time before the bell rings and the last curtain falls on our eyes.

SOME Christians believe that God is more powerful than them instead of the other way around.
Maybe so, but you will meet no person more full of joy, kindness to others, and positive spirit than our Miss Hepburn here. Funny, but I always though that was what Christianity was supposed to be all about.
You might want to think about that and how your dumping all your negativity all over her joyful post would be viewed by your god.
