Well - I choose to have no weeds in my garden / yard. And, it there is a "mole", or other vermin (such as the rodent that carries the hantivirius), they will be summarily destroyed.
And yet you still carry lotsa bacteria in your body which are deadly to other animals.
Heck, humans are able to contaminate each other via STDs. So your choice to have no weeds is irrelevant because the human body already carries bacteria by itself.
Like I said before humanity more and more resembles their sterile technology, which if you think about is unnatural.
Nature's defence to diseases is biodiversity (create a subspecies which will survive the disease), while humanity keeps trying to kill the disease or the carriers of the disease, which in the end only makes the disease stronger. By inoculating a person with a type of disease to make it immune, the disease eventually will transform into a more aggressive type of disease. A disease like all other living entities adapts to survive and that which does not destroy the disease will only make it stronger.
