May be not. 613 is. I am curious, as were these posters before me, as to what has been learnt about Judaism. Was that not the goal of this thread, to learn about another religion?

I'm looking forward to when you reach the dietary laws, especially birds and creepy, crawly creatures.

I think he’s still learning. and I think he’s more interested in how we respond and what may trigger us than the actual 613. He could read those online - doesn’t need a forum for that.

good point. i also think he may be looking for others to "chime in" with dissent on the 613.

I think he's shooting for the longest-running thread on R&S.

Let's remember the rule about discussing the topic and not other posters, please.

Apparently you don't read words too well. All to explain as best I can what I've already explained a few too many times now. That you too seem unable to understand or accept, but let me repeat myself again with fewer words, to simplify and/or narrow it down for you a bit...

"To answer you honestly and sincerely, however, I can tell you I have already learned a thing or two as noted in more than a few of my prior comments."

Thanks, but it's all okay far as I'm concerned...

All part of the learning for me as well, whether "good, bad or ugly."

Though this will be (and probably should be) deleted, I am reminded of a joke.

A lawyer comes home and asks his wife, "What's for dinner?

She smiles and says, "something yummy!"

The lawyer responds, "I didn't ask how it tasted; I asked what it was."
