Science tells us by implication that God could not have come from nothing.

Yes, there had to be a cause, something cannot come from nothing. So you might ask how we came to exist. You've heard of quantum fluctuations, right? You've heard of the quantum level, right?

Well think of this;

a+b=a+b

Nothing mysterious about that equation - it is true. But look at this;

(a+b)-(a+b)=0

So what happened there? There we have something that tuned into nothing! Well, the reverse is true too. That's how something can come from nothing. This is what happens at the quantum level.

Nothing caused God. He's always existed.
