Some have been noted on the deletion that it was reported...that's how I knew.
And I have been directly cited for so many of my posts being reported...so, though I do not know exactly who, it must be happening.

Well I don't know about the mods who were here six+ years ago, but none I know would do this on the whim of one poster, and since it didn't happen, you have nothing to worry about as long as you don't try to skirt the rules.
You didn't report it, and no mod obviously listened to him (if I'd seen it, I would have deleted it) and he hasn't posted in six months, so I'm wondering how you've been letting this burn in you for half a year.
Where is he enlisting others like C8 did? That's just a post of a guy bitching to the mods.
My point was people "reporting" me...they do it direct (and suggest others do it)...and even in open forum.

Ah, OK. When you posted it as a single post, it looked as if that was the last post in the thread. I had to open the thread. And so I saw that his response to my post was more of the sane, and you can't see it because THAT one was deleted.
Which is something that posters, bizarrely, don't seem to understand. You can only see YOUR deleted posts, not other posters' deleted posts, and so some feel put out and picked on.
It has always been a source of amusement to me as a mod that on the same day, within an hour, I once received an angry DM from an atheist complaining that we mods favor the religious, and another angry DM from a religious person complaining that we mods favor the atheists. In truth, I had deleted both of their bickering posts from the sane thread. But all they knew was that their own posts had been deleted.
And guess what. Eventually both posters were banned by other mods in other CD forums because the real problem was that they just didn't want to follow the rules and heed the mods' warnings.
