And that is the result of reading your bible which says so?

The oldest bibles in complete form include the Shepard of Hermas and the Epistle of Barnabas, and other bibles, like the one in the Ethiopian Church, contain the book of Enoch and the book of Jubilees. The Catholic Church uses the book of Tobit as a book of the OT, and the Syriac Church uses the book of Baruch. If the bible is the "word of god"...then which bible is that word? This is one of the many things the Muslims got you beat on: There is only one Koran, while the Nicene Bible has multiple versions.
Please don't answer the question, as this thread should stay on topic.
Why do you call Buddha a 'sham', when you worship a man who supposedly walked on water, turned water into wine, and rose from the dead?
Why do you assume that you have the right to declare someone else's enlightened being a 'sham', when your own enlightened being is supposed to have done things that are not even physically possible.
Think about that, for a moment. Think hard.
I do hope that you can show a glimmer of independant thought, and provide a response that does not, somehow, include 'because the Bible says so'.
Gnosticism teaches that Buddhism is, essentially a form of Gnosticism. One can understand that other religions are valid without practicing/believing in other religions.
Also, Buddhism is closer to truth then mainline Christianity, which is a form of creator worship, i.e., a form of satan worship.
