I have seen people pull out all the slats in vertical blinds and replace them with curtains. Maybe that would be a less expensive fix? I would rather have bunch of curtains when I moved than blinds.

man up and just buy them the apt i take care off some times we replace new ones some time when we take them down to clean and paint we leave them down. blinds should not be the land lords job. but on toilet seats we replace if nasty or broke when we do. we do not put on till rented and when we showing them there is no seat.

Its funny you mentioned toilet seats. When I first moved into this house, the master bathroom had this toilet seat that had a missing bolt. One side was bolted on, while the other side did not. So, when you sat down, the seat would move underneath you. My fiance nearly fell off the thrown. And once again, the LL refused to fix it.

it is funny you bring it up after someone else dose. was the but whip hung backwards to we put a cheap roll up/ just incase they goto go when moving in . bur we did have a new tenet pitch a fit that the roll was hung over the back it it was a 20cent roll from the dollar store person tried to give me a lecture on the right way to hang it a laughed at them. then they said the papper was ruff and cheap. i asked did they need to use it. they said yes they used the bathroom i came with now what if there was no tp lol
