Good. Maybe now you'll finally move out so we can stop listening to your endless whining.
Then again, you'll probably move into another dive and complain about how hard your life is for another 10 years.
How does one with no money move out? It is easier financially to continue paying the monthly rent ($N) than it is to pay the upfront costs of moving into a different place (first/last/deposit/etc).

The fact remains that you are being evicted and you will either have to find a new place or call your local homeless shelters.
.....Apparently the landlord is evicting this other person, "and all others" at the property. ..........
Time to get out and quickly before this goes to court and you end up with an eviction on your permanent legal civil record. You are included in "and all others", so you are also being evicted. Get out before your name goes onto the eviction decree.

Not so fast. The "rest" of us - not including the named lessee - are working with the owner/landlord. The owner/landlord doesn't have a problem with "us", it's a problem with "him" because he has a rent delinquency and we don't. We should have a better idea of where things are going sometime this weekend.
Local homeless shelters are no help, they have waiting lists.

Stop smacking your head so much. It may just be the root cause of all of your problems.
It is not financially "aasier" to stay there and continue paying the rent! Your rent is going absolutely no where except into the pockets of your lame so-called "LL". Plus if you stay any longer and are legally evicted then your financial woes have only gotten much worse because you will have a hell of a time renting anywhere once that eviction goes on your record.
In other words, "No matter how much lipstick you try to slather and smear on that pig, it is still a pig". Only now it is just a much messier pig.

Because selling it "properly" for "$10N" is not happening and never will until you can find the means to do it. And you can't do it where you are now. So, "selling it properly" is, and has, resulted in absolutely ZERO anyway so all you end up with is your financial problems only compounded as a result anyway.
So, tell us again exactly how that has all worked out for ya? Wait..........please don't!
