oh my. I guess that is going to take a while. Hope you find some good movies to watch, books to read . . . of course, I enjoy just surfing for interesting articles -- and I will bet you have been doing that, too!

No if I had I would have been over. Finally isolated to a pinch nerve in my back. Lot of traveling etcetcetc

It's from your back but it's in your foot? How on earth did you do that? (and please be careful to not do it again)

Lots of stressful driving in the wrong position and less than three days after it started flying and sitting on a beach etc etc etc. Followed with more driving and shoes that were to tight.

ooooh, that doesn't sound good. I can understand because I did something to my legs on a long car trip, sitting in one position for so long. I could hardly stand up and the problem has never really resolved itself completely as there is still some pain. Did you get any physical therapy? Or are you just supposed to rest. and hobble.

Prednisone with not good timing be and most,importantly Accupuncture which has really been effective once the source was understood. I was at a 4th of July cookout and guy told me what was wrong and how I did it. Etcetcetc.

I'm reading reports of a few people who during their normal exercise outdoors are collapsing or suffering heat stroke in these high temps. We're toward the end of a terrific heatwave here. I felt a little lightheaded at the library yesterday and had to sit down. I guess some of us should take it easy.
