What are your immediate plans? A long trip somewhere? Relax at home?
Then what?
(A friend of mine retired a year and a half ago -- and isn't thinking about doing anything. Yesterday she paid bills, took a return item to Best Buy (or should I say tagged along with her partner who needed to return something), and went and had coffee and browsed at Barnes and Noble! She says she MIGHT volunteer somewhere......she made an appointment for the orientation at an animal shelter but something came up....and sooomehow he's just not felt the need to go back to it.)
In a sense, Mathjak, your retirement is a greater milestone than the retirement of any of the rest of us because you have devoted an unusual amount of time and care to its planning. Financial retirement planning has become a major hobby interest of yours, and many readers in this Retirement Forum have benefited from your sharing the fruits of your careful research and your conclusions.
In addition, I am a fan of your sense of humor.
