Oh I understand about dogs. I've had some in the past. Had to leave a dog when I moved out after divorce. Took the cat as I was going where cats were OK but dogs were not. Thought the ex would be good to her, but he re-homed (shelter?) when new wife didn't want her there.

Well 6" of snow overnight, 22 degrees now. I'm going for a walk. Oh my dog would have loved this...

There will be another dog or dogs in your life. They may not be the dog of a life time, but they will be honored friends. Trust me on this.
