My cat does that too. I keep my door closed and she still wakes me but I don't really care. She's a sweet little thing and if the worst thing in my life is having my cat wake me at 3, then I'm doing pretty good.

I do too, I must be the only female with a prostate (lol). Sometimes it's 2-3 times in the first few hours after I go to bed. Must be something I eat (salt), I try not to drink a lot after 6PM. Other nights I can sleep right through.

Had a nice time in my hot tub last night, fire in the fire pit, watching the full wolf moon rise over the mountain ridges, good bourbon and my favorite purple haired bartender who amazingly had the night off.

Today going ice fishing at 11,000 feet.

Ooooh, sounds like you had a date? At least female company? Wishing you well in 2020, you deserve it!

Thanks, now that I live in actual civilization with actual people, I do have company from time to time. I REFUSE to get serious or let anyone in too closely.

I would trade it all to have my dog back.

Can anyone direct me to a thread already established about paying off a mortgage versus keeping one in retirement?

I am fairly sure I've seen at least one of them -- but I cannot find any. Thanks!

It’s 59 degree here and it’s noon, just came back for a 5 miles hike, beautiful hike, this is the area that Biden came recently for fundraising. The view of these villas is like we’re back Italy somewhere. The fact that I made it, but I was last person, is still an achievement in my book. I’m going to sleep well today. We capped it off with a nice healthy brunch, Salad and soup, nice music, couldn’t ask for a better day.

We also went for I think a 5 mile walk........we went to a park nearby (National Park) with the dog and decided to just keep walking.......then people said yes it loops around and is about 5 miles. I am not sure if that is correct but it was beautiful but LONGG at the end. The weather is amazing for January and it was full of people.
I love walking and thought I was in reasonable shape, but now I am exhausted and sore. But a good sore.
Think I will sit on the couch and check out the internet and then read and of course, later, watch TV. Sedentary evening for me!!

You have a new gal in your life (good for you!).

Lots of pups just waiting for a nice man to come along and take him home.

Might be the right time, Jim.
