Domino's is running a special with any two-topping medium pizza, pasta, salad or appetizer (breadsticks, wings) where you can mix/match two for $6.99 each with delivery. It's just me so I get a two-topping medium pizza and a pasta and have enough for a few meals with a homemade salad.

I went to a small pita chain. 2 years ago a gyro was 6 bucks. On Friday I went and it was 12 bucks.
7 to 9 bucks I could see, but at 12 I’m done with that place
Chipotle burrito bowl $9.80. This is probably the best deal as it isn't built on top of a large lump of carbohydrate-rich rice. But again I ask, if two parents were taking their two kids out to have dinner, just four bowls would be over $40. And that's one meal! Obviously only well-paying parents could afford for their family to eat like this. Any other members being gobsmacked by shocking high prices? What fast foods joints and what kinds of prices?
Folks who work in fast food have families they have to feed and what we pay is the basis of that salary they use to feed themselves and others. It's a circle and considering the shortage of workers available to many fast food places it could be higher.
About a week ago a couple offered pizza, their treat. They bought from Winco, which was a Leonards pizza, but for some reason dropped the name, but the pizza is great
3 @ $6.98 ea is a bargain. Had 5 pcs and beer. I'll repay this Friday.
