This may come as a shock to you, but some (actually many) out there take interest in knowing where the criminals live as well as who your neighbors are. I have great respect for one's privacy, just not that of criminals and gangbangers. They forfeited that right.

Is Elmwood safer because this thug moved out? ABSOLUTELY. That is of course, assuming another equally bad person didn't move in to replace him. It should be noted however, that Elmwood is still a dangerous neighborhood with a never ending supply of bad element cycling through. I can't say it's any safer or worse than 5 years ago. I do know that Broad St. (south of Thurbers), is as gang and drug plagued as ever.
