Providence - Where to stay for summer? (Cranston: sublet, apartment)

My sis has gotten an summer internship at the Zoo in Providence for this summer and needs somewhere to live for cheap since its unpaid so she'll only have weekends to work. Any ideas or does anyone know of complexes near to the zoo?
Any help would be great. She lives 2 hours from their now and cant forsee driving 2 hours everyday their and back.

Hmm what is her monthly price range? The areas just north of the zoo in Providence are a little rough, but just south in Cranston is okay. If I were her, I'd look on craigslist for a summer sublet somewhere in Providence, there are a lot near Brown University with all the students going home for the summer, usually run about 300-500/month for a room in an apartment with other people.
