For January of 2022, the median selling price of a home in Boston was $699K and for Providence, $320K. A Lexus will always cost more than a Hyundai.

There's a reason why people are moving here; you need a million doors to buy a nice house in Boston- and then that's all you can do - work three jobs and pat yourself that you own a house in Boston, but can't afford to do anything else. At least this is what you tell yourself. And while it may accurately reflect how YOU'D live, it doesn't come close to anybody that I know. No, those that I rub elbows with are all quite comfortable with one job. Or less. For some priced out of greater Boston, Providence may seem an attractive option, but I personally consider it grossly overpriced for what it offers. More now than ever.

And you may want a more powerful lens in your telescope. I don't think it's strong enough to make out the establishments jammed with folks that "can't afford to do anything else". Or the intrepid souls that have ventured out beyond Domino's.

IDK but it's a block from 73 Gallatin, home of Luz Jiminez Regaldo, recently busted in the largest fentanyl bust in state history.

Three individuals were arrested in connection to these searches and faced multiple charges."
