It represents a lot of stereotypes and quirkiness of RI. The town does not exist and is not meant to represent any specific RI town. If it was anywhere, it'd be Johnston/North Providence based on the view of the skyline, but that view doesn't exist at any house I've ever seen.
Seth MacFarlane knows as much about RI as a cockroach knows about astronomy.
