The main hospital is on Brook Road, and there are two therapy centers -- one in the West End in Glen Allen and one on the Southside in Midlothian. You will get better suggestions for housing if you don't mind posting which facility you want to be near.

Good luck.

Thanx for the reply. We would like to be near the main hospital. That's where he is getting that particular therapy.

Have you contacted the hospital and asked for recommendation and / or help with Medicaid enrollment? It seems like they *should* be able to provide you with some assistance.

How far (driving time) would you like to be from the hospital? Richmond's much smaller than Houston so one can get from one side of town to the other much faster.

Default Ronald McDonald House

I know that the Ronald McDonald house typically houses families while the children are in the hospital, but have you tried contacting them? I would hope that if they cannot help you they might be able to give you some suggestions.

Ronald McDonald House Charities - Richmond

That's too bad that the hospital can't help. It seems like it would be a pretty routine request.
