Chesapeake City, MD pop ~1000
i love that we have 2 stop lights on the outside of town (one at the high school) and they both blink yellow after 10pm.

One of many reasons:

When my mechanic is done working on my car I don't have to go to the shop to pick it up. He drops it back at my house, without so much as a phone call. I do wish he would leave an invoice or even a scribbled note letting me know how much I owe him. Sometimes I forget to stop in and pay the bill for several weeks.

Those mental notes that I make to myself just evaporate nowadays - I gotta have it written down.

I know I've been there but can't place where it's at. Is it close to North Beach? Or is it on the Eastern Shore?

I'm on the Eastern Shore and it's laid back and quiet. Alot to do but not all the traffic and noise. People are much nicer, I think.

But I believe that people are coming over here in droves so the quietness and calmness might be gone in a couple of years.

Ok, just had to look up Chesapeake City. It's on the other side of MD. But I've been there in my travels through MD. There are many quaint towns through MD that have the small town feel.
