Covid19 put the slams to a horse acquaintance retiring from SW Ohio and building on her property in the UP (Michigan’s Upper Peninsula).

Yesterday (Friday) I learned she and her husband purchased a BIG piece of land with ample pasture and a 2 bedroom log home; ready to move in and out the horses in an already fenced pasture.

They ended up in a bidding war

The news stations in Nashville had a blurp regarding how amazed real estate agents are at the strong real estate sales in the area, although I can’t remember if they commented on locale.

Who woulda thunk

WARNING: BAD GUN LAWS

Nebraskans need a purchase permit or a carry permit to buy a handgun. Private sales are illegal.

Do such people exist that you can hire to help you narrow the choices out of all of the potential options we have nationwide?
The right town can only be determined by you, not some realtor or company who simply wants to sell you a property.

I am pro gun and I can assure you gun laws are not a reason to pick a spot to live. I live in CA and had no problem buying my Glock last year.

Except that you don't have the selection like other states (limited by the CA Roster) limited to the Glock 3.

California classifies the Taurus Judge as a "sawed-off" shotgun (illegal). I can carry it in my vehicle or person, concealed or open, with no permit or license of any sort in Wyoming. Wyoming's laws are different from California's; so are the people.

I can tolerate cold; I can tolerate heat; I cannot tolerate laws made for slaves.

And how many times in the last 50 or 70 years have you needed said weapon? In your mind, every day. In your imagination on a daily basis.. Please tell me. Maybe life is more dangerous
In Wyoming than CA

Do I need a Glock 5 to hit a target? Or will a 3 also work? Please answer. Thank you
