This is a cycle in San Antonio, every 3-4 or 5 years we get a drought, water restrictions hit, then during one or two days we get enough rain for Noah to build another ark.

I don't have a scoop on Timberwood, but San Antonio is planning on annexing this area. That may be a good reason as their property taxes will go up!

And that is supposedly one of Timberwood's selling points - lower taxes because they are not within SA proper.
