The HOA fees seems high to me. That's over $2,000.00 a year in fees. The Micron address would concern me, it's the main drag thru the area. There's going to be lots of traffic and getting in and out during rush hour may be an issue. You're also going to have issues with TV if you are going to use antennae. The location is right down from the new NSA and they have a dampening field that effects a 15 mile radius from the unit. I live about 10 miles from them and sometimes the remotes work, sometimes they don't. The garage door opener is the one that really ticks me off as it won't hardly work with the remote against the door even with a new battery. I would keep looking if I were you.
