Yes. Did it this weekend with a rental while the SUV gets fixed. Side note, Leon Creek greenway gets really crowded after about 7:30 in the morning on weekends.

What the both of you are saying doesn't fit the "status symbol" profile at all in my own opinion and was not trying to say that EVERYONE that drives a jeep are using them as "status symbols" and admit my earlier statements seemed to intend to do that. I am sure there are people that use a Jeep as it was intended to be used.
