Not sure if this was mentioned, the old Cristans on San Pedro near SAC has a dunkin doughnuts-Baskin Robbins sign.

Found the Chipotle info. It will replace the (now demolished) Jack in the Box. Looks like the project is behind schedule a few months. http://www.bizjournals.com/sanantoni...r-jack-in.html
