Chaka...I thought of you yesterday. I stopped in Broadway Daily Bread and their special (Weds) was SUGAR FREE Spelt Birdman bread. Not that you should make a trip all the way there for it since you make your own....but I thought it was such a coinkydink since we all were talking about SA and bread last week.

OMG....they also had some jalepeno yummy something bread! They always have tastes out to try their specials.

Anyway...just FYI!

Funny coincidence. We'll have to go by some time. It's not far, but not really on our way to anywhere, so we're not in the area much to just stop by.

DH is happy making his own these days though. He's gotten pretty quick at it.

Congrats RD. You really don't know yet how right you are. Everything has changed for the better and forever. My first, and only Grandson will have his first Christmas and Birthday this December. Grandma gets to keep him all day on most Fridays. It's hard for me to stay at work all day on Fridays anymore. ENJOY!

Awwwwww, that's one of the sweetest things I've read in quite some time. How nice!

oh yeah, it'll be nice to have a visit every now and then and the best part is we get to go to sleep at night
I love my kids to death, but I'm definitely glad they're in their 20's, at least for the most part.

It's my lucky day, for sure.

A) A co-worker's hubby smoked a bunch of pork shoulder and proceeded to make pulled pork out of it.

B) Co-worker's hubby gave me a crock-pot full o' pulled pork.

C) I don't have to cook dinner.

D) It's delish.

Life is sweet, especially since it's Friday, to boot.

Bowie....I'm not so sure the EN junior reporters are much more on the ball. Remember the story a month or so ago about the relative of George Washington living in SA? The caption read "George Washington's ancestors living in San Antonio!" I might believe it if they were talking about Noah or whoever lived to be 900 years old back then!

It's pretty well known that RD has a "special" relationship with Krystal burgers...I was just messing with him.
