Can you recommend a tasty protein powder that's relatively "natural"? What I mean is....not too many additives or extra chemicals.......I'm still breastfeeding but also trying to workout and train for a marathon.....

New Off Topic topic ~ anyone tried the new(ish) "Nutritional Supplement" called Venom? I got some last night on the recommendation of a friend who's been using it for a little over a month now. Otherhalf has been impressed with the effect so far. Me, nothin' much yet. And I need to be alert this afternoon.
Please update on how the stuff works.....I'm interested in hearing about it!

OMG we have a totally unhappy transplant posting like crazy today. I can not stand all the negativity--I could care less what the negativity is about, I just can't stand whining and complaining. It's so non-productive. Change your attitude.

Rant over.

Same darned thing I was thinking! And it's not like we couldn't see that coming from the beginning, when said transplant was not here yet, huh?

If one shoe fit all, our city would have been worn out long ago...

I'm bummed/happy at the same time - I got my new pop-up, but it took over my garage and I can't get to my bench and dumbbells. That's all I need.

Hmm...I don't usually get protein supps, I just try to eat massively. Explains the belly. Try Isopure, or maybe Cytosport? I've tried Muscletech's Mass-Tech or Nitro-Tech. I've tried Muscle Milk too, it's ok. I mostly go by flavor and not necessarily product performance - if I can't stand the taste it doesn't matter (usually) how effective it is! Labrada makes good stuff.

makes you wonder why people move to a place without visiting first.. I didn't even have a choice about moving here and I still visited at least 5-6 times..

Exactly, rd! ugh. And I would imagine that when you go in to a long distance move, predispositioned to the belief that you'll be miserable ~ ya end up getting your wish. yeesh. (And yep, sapphire! Oh, and tried to return the favor, but apparently I haven't been generous enough. )
