Chaka's probably rocking a baby to sleep about now--DH is darling husband (or Damn Husband depending on mood)--dd is darling daughter, ds is darling son.

I have no idea where on the internet it originated--you can probably google it and find the answer!

What Sapphire said.

DH is Mr Chaka, usually 'dear' husband (if he's d@mn husband I try not to discuss that on chat groups ). And I have a little one who is "DD" dear daughter (also mostly dear, occasionaly "dear-but-driving-me-insane"). Been on chat groups far too long (since mid 90s). I don't know how it originated, but there you have it.

Actually, I like saying Mr Chaka instead, so I may do that from now on. And "Little Miss Chaka" for the DD.
