Buckey's off I-10 past Seguin.
Schulenberg, TX at Oakridge Smokehouse (on I-10 about halfway between here and Houston).
West, TX (exit 353 on I-35).

In town... not sure.

I dunno, but thanks for posting the website for weikels. Their 8 minute video of how they make everything was delightful and mesmerizing. I think a road trip is in order.

Broadway Daily Bread comes pretty close! They are no The Czech Stop kolaches, however.

Gourmet Kolaches by Zamykal Kolaches was featured on Texas Country Reporter.

I prefer them fresh out of the oven, but she is little bit out of my way.

When I get a hankerin' for some kolaches, I think I'll give her a chance and have them shipped.
