Continental Restaurant on Bulverde and TPC Parkway. Really good, but sadly, very few people know about it. I don't want it to close. If you go, try the Lemongrass soup. VERY good.

Went to BJ's today for the first time, and it just might be our last. HORRIBLE service, and horrible management. The only saving grace was that our food was free...but they need a LOT of work and their manager needs a swift kick to the skull.

mom2feebs...sorry it was bad. seems like by now the manager would have a handle on things. When we went it was pretty new and he was w/o a clue and the waitstaff was not impressive. Our food was good however.

I finally went to the Red Robin over in Alamo Ranch a few weeks ago. Always good food , service was very good too.

Dave & Buster's tonight for a birthday party...service was slow, had the Philly Cheesesteak - greasy. Fries lukewarm. 18% gratuity. Won't bother to return!

While the slow service and warm food isn't acceptable, out of curiosity, have you ever had a NON-greasy Philly? Isn't that the whole point?

I still remember my first Gino's cheesesteak like my wedding day! Grease making the paper wrap transparent. Cheese Whiz (the only TRUE Philly topping) dripping onto my jacket! It was awesome!!

There's greasy....and then there's stomach-turnin' greasy. This was the "coat your tongue like a layer of cheap paint" greasy - not much flavor to it, kinda like you took some semi-cooled bacon grease, an' put a ladle of it in your mouth.

We ate at Bangkok 54 on Nacodoches and 410 right by the airport today for linch. It was super yummy. Spicy (ordered a 3 on a 1-6 scale and was burning up) and fast. We were in and out in less than an hour. It's a great lunch place for anyone in the area.
