Sea Island is still good...I prefer it to the fancier seafood restaurants in SA.

Found a hole in wall place, been there twice. I'm told it used to be an upholstery shop. It's called The Big Easy on Randolph Blvd. near 35. Outstanding New Orleans style grub, I even ate the green beans...I hate green beans !

Chick-Fil-A's fabulous chargrilled chicken and fruit salad. It was perfect for a hot summer day.

They let you mix ANYTHING YOU WANT with the exception of the proteins for one price. If you are a salad or veggie fan, this is YOUR place!!! They have any and everything...and it was really good. They have about 8 different cheeses, nuts, cruton type of toppings after you have mixed everything else you want, and then you can add the meat if you choose. The full size salad is HUGE (they serve it either tossed or chopped, right in the big stainless steel bowl then prep'ed it in, and since I got ours to go, we ended up with enough to make both dinner last night and lunch for work today for both hubby and I.

I got the buffalo chicken salad with the garlic dressing....Ymmmmmmmmm! Got DH the Wild Salamon salad with spinach and all the fixings...he loved his as well.

We will definitely be back....a very refreshing meal on a HOT summer day for sure!
did your husband agree with you on the portion size? I did a review of this place in one of the other threads and both my wife and I left hungry and not satisfied at all. It was made worse by the huge dent that was left in my wallet. I didn't think it was worth $20+ at all and both portions were exactly the same, just one had a bigger bowl..

Wow!!! Maybe you should try it again, we both ate until we were stuffed last night and then had lunch today that was filling...and my DH is 6'4" with a VERY healthy appetite. I'm no tinkerbell myself, and having gotten 4 total meals from $17 I am not going to complain at all.

I will admit, salad is not the BEST leftover meal once it is all mixed up, but it was fine for lunch (altho I don't honestly think it would have lasted until dinner again). When they "chopped" our salads, it was in a big mixing bowl and each salad filled 2 of their "to go" bowls).

Wildfish for HH and then to Lucianos for a quick pizza. Home by 8. Perfect Friday.

The pizza was great, a bit oily but nothing a few napkins could not dab off.
