I don't think they have them.

All 6th and 7th grade classes (except PE, theater, band, choir, lunch, home ec) are on the second floor.

I'm pretty sure most NISD schools have their hallways set up, no matter the actual layout of the school, so 6th, 7th, and 8th graders don't have to intermingle unless it is for electivies. That's how I remember Hobby and when my sister moved to Rawilson from Rudder they had the school set up similarly. It's a great concept.

Good luck to all the 6th Graders tomorrow, I remember my first day in middle school, wow was that a scary day (way back in 1996!)!

Drive him to the campus now, park in front and talk to him about what is where. Point the directions (upstairs/downstairs...) Tell him where the office is and tell him to ask for directions, someone should be there to assist. Go to the schools web page and look at the teachers individual web pages, some teachers post their pictures so that could help too.

Regardless - He may be nervous but I think he will be fine! Good luck.
