Hey all,

I lived in SD from 97-04 met my wife there and her family is there.

We're planning on moving back in late january. We work for ourselves and are planning on moving our office to the clairmont area off morena Blvd.

We are looking at renting a small house nearby. We have 3 5lb dogs and a new baby so it makes it tricky.

I know clairemont is kinda mixed with good and bad parts, is there any specific streets / neighborhoods you guys think we should avoid looking in?

I'm doing searches on Trulia and finding a lot of houses around $1800-$2200 in that area but I'm not sure what the bad parts are to avoid.

Any help?

Thanks!

try looking at mira mesa, imperial beach, poway, and chula vista as well..those are good areas too. good luck!

Avoid Claremont dr and CL Mesa Bl. The rest is pretty spiffy.
