All our good players leave and win rings on other teams.

Do you blame it one the coaches or is there truely a curse upon our Padres and Chargers?

What do you think?

Win or lose, I am always a fan of my Padres and Chargers.

We lose games. Well every team loses at some point. Life goes on.

It is strange that many teams have left San Diego for other cities over the years but at least San Diego has a football team [something that Los Angeles hasn't had in over a decade ]. Also both the Dodgers and Angels ended seasons looking really bad. Maybe San Diego is cursed but with all the other things to do probably most people could care less about the Padres and Chargers.

Same could be said for LA. LA has soo many things to do too. Every football team that has been in LA has failed, I don't know why you think it wouldn't fail now....

Anyway, the Chargers have a lot of fans. When I go to the Charger games there is just so much pride in the fans for the team. I love it.

The Padres don't seem to have a lot of fans but according to their Facebook page they have over 200,000

The Red Sox curse of the Bombino (and Billy Buckner) was eventually broken, as well as the Merckle's Boner of the Giants, so maybe it is possible.

Thank you for sticking to the topic at hand. I wanted a nice civil discussion without all the trolling. Thanks and I agree.

Um, you just now heard about this? It means that the players and owners cannot agree to terms of business and thus will not being doing business. Translated, that means no games will be played with current NFL players.

S.D. is just a small market city for major sports. They are lucky to have 2 major sports teams who have been supported enough to remain. I hope fans continue to support each for it is pretty boring for any sports fan to live in a city with major sports teams.

Damn Bandwagon fans! The lack of LOYALTY is the cause of failure in all walks of life. Self-dignity and self-respect goes hand in hand with loyalty.
That's wack and shows lack of character. In fact if you are going to jump off when SD football loses then be real and leave SD. There is no real love without loss, failure and heart break. You ...can't rise if you never fall.
