Considering moving to Poway. I've got a myriad of sensitivities in allergies. How's the air quality in Poway?

It's generally OK. El Cajon gets some boxed-in air, but Poway's OK. Unless there are wildfires ...

But we can't possibly know what might be in the air that you'd be sensitive to. You really need to drive down and spend some time in Poway to find out for yourself.

My wife also has very sensitive allergies. Poway is ok for her.

A lot of it depends on your house/apartment. We got rid of our carpet and put in composite flooring and did a few other things.

We'd be looking for a second--becoming a retirement--home so we'd be on a strict budget, and while South OC has been like a second home for decades, it would be impossible to move there. Vista was a possibility until somebody said there was a factory that spewed a lot of junk into the air, and even normal people had problems with it. Just wanted to make sure that wasn't the situation in Poway.

Poway is ok. Trees and grasses.
