I downloaded it this morning. I was surprised to see it automatically deleted Google Maps. Google Maps is MUCH better than Apple's Map. I would have waited until Goggle came out with an App. All they have now is a shortcut to the Home Screen for the Google Maps which isn't the actual App.

Google Maps is terrific when you're traveling abroad and use it for public transportation directions. Apple Maps seem to suck in that department just taking a quick glance at it.

Looks like I'm not the only one that thinks Apple's Map sucks.

I still don't think they should have automatically deleted Google Maps. It's fine if they wanted to add their own App. Oh well.

Man, this Google Maps thing is really testing my Apple loyalty. I mean . . . . delete the Google Map app, then say "oh, the Apple product will get better as more people use it .. ." So we're supposed to be beta-testers at gunpoint?

Man.
Apple has all the sheeple figured out.

Sell you an ipod, ipad, iphone, Macbook...all of them do the same freakin' thing, but you gotta have one of each.
Then fork over that 30 bucks for the new charger you gotta get instead.

Wtf?

I agree. They also deleted the YouTube app for iPad. And as of yet there isn't a dedicated iPad version of either.

A must watch video for Apple fans and haters. Very funny.

I like my 3GS and don't even use all the bells and whistles as it is. It's a workhorse and I even have a spare in a drawer from when my son upgraded to the 4. Someday I may be forced to upgrade but until then I'm happy to watch everyone else spend their money

Has anyone seen the Galaxy ad that Samsung is running? Hilarious. And true. I've got a year old Evo 3D and it's got a bigger screen than the iPhone 5.

I was having lunch the other day and saw the new Nokia Lumina. GORGEOUS phone. I think I might try that once it comes out. The screen was huge and beautiful.

I saw all those people lined up this morning and just laughed!
Apple has some of these people bent over a barrel.
I'll be sticking with my Samsung Galaxy SIII for now.
Not paying $700 for an already outdated product!
