I am more interested in the grill than what is being grilled. Let us know how the Traeger works out. I grill a lot of the fish I catch and was thinking about a Traeger. I currently have a Brinkmann that is a POS. Horrible quality. It is on the way to the dumpster.

As far as meat to grill, I usually just stick to Costco or the grocery store. I won't go out of my way.

Not a chance unless you know exactly which Costco has which suppliers. Not all prime beef is the same and not all is grass fed. If your Costco isn't carrying Rastelli, it might not be grass fed. You can buy Rastelli direct from them and have it shipped.

I also like Bristol Farms and the Whole Foods in La Jolla.

I dont really like Grass Fed beef. Costco in La Mesa always has prime boneless NY steaks in 3 packs for about 60 bucks, been buying them for over 10 years. I usually do a prime rib on the BBQ for christmas which is always awesome.

Can anyone tell me what they think of the Traeger? How does it cook? Are they satisfied with it?
