does anyone here use or have you seen people using wagons--not the Radio flyer types--
on the beach to carry kids and other stuff...

my daughter lives near Gulf in FL and thought about getting them a folding pull-able wagon that has large tires and a metal frame covered by canvas/poly material to use for carting stuff around the beach...
but am not sure if it is really that practical...

has pretty big wheels, a long handle so you don't hit your heels pulling it, is about 40-42 inches long so it would hold 2-3 kids and/or coolers and other stuff...and it folds up

one version folds long-wise like a big stroller and has a case and the other one folds more flat-wise with a case so it would probably be easier to store in a car's trunk if you did not have lot of room...

any insight appreciated--they don't have kids yet--but they have friends who come visit them from out of state who do and it is hard for them to bring lots of equipment on the plane...
but my daughter and SIL go to beach a lot by themselves and with others anyway
