Do a few searches on this forum. You'll find lots of good dating info. And it's 'San Diegans.'

oops, sorry........San Diegans.....that does sound better. Seems like a lot of the info I got was for the 20-somethings.......that's why I thought it best to dig a little deeper...

San Diego, when you visit it, you will realize that it is a very young city, and the dating scene sucks for GenXers like you and myself, but thank God for Los Angeles which is not far away and a better choice for finding our age groups.

Not sure about San Deigo, but if you are considering other locations, San Francisco has a ton of professional singles in their 30s & 40s.

Default Yes, very much so....

There is most certainly a dating scene. You'll want to live North of Interstate 8, and West of Interstate 5. La Jolla, is expensive, but awesome...Pacific Beach...Mission Beach....and at least be west of Interstate 805, like in Claremont. Balboa Ave. runs east and west...anywhere close to that.... My best Marine Buddy (BTW...Miramar Marine Corps Air Station, is like just north of there...maybe 15 minutes, IF you like US Marine, Jet Fighter Pilot types). VINCE MATTHEWS, (write that down and tell him Harry Jackson sent you) lives in or close to Clairemont...look him up, he'll be a great guide, and introduce you to a ton of cool people, he's on facebook....He's a great source, very resourceful, and retired at age 45....so his days and nights are free, and he's very intelligent. You'll never meet anyone who knows more about music either....GREAT GUY, seriously.
