Should we adopt the Mexican government's laws regarding illegal immigration? I'm sure you'd agree that they're not white, and being indigenous, are much more fair in their treatment of illegal aliens, correct?

To be quite honest, Reconquista isn't practical. The sheer number of Hispanics doesn't mean we want a merger with Mexico [keep in mind that Mexico closely guards its southern borders with Guatemala & Belize]. The best thing the U.S. could do for Mexico is assist and invest in businesses so that it's citizens are happy. I am Rican and know many people in PR still reject statehood. Open borders are dangerous as the mayor of LA said, it is also vital to begin citizenship proceedings while monitoring the international border. Arizona's mistake is to dehumanize an entire group of its own citizens [their legislators seem to be jerks and lacking good sense]. Texas and Florida current and ex-governors have also condemned the law & they are Republicans. The best thing for Arizona is for the court to put a hold on the law so lawsuits can be heard and take turn heat down.
