Also have a very long term tenant that pays $725 for a 2 bedroom house/cottage including garbage... the house is small... but it is a 2-bedroom out in the avenues...

Least expensive 3 bedroom 2 bath house is $1500... Laurel District also...

When I rent... I come right out and tell my tenants I appreciate good tenants and will not arbitrarily raise rents... some have not had an increase in 5 years... it works for me. One family has been with me over 20 years...

Every day a unit is vacant is revenue lost forever... good tenants are golden...

Vacancies are few and far between and I appreciate that.
Thats rare, especially a 3 bedroom house for $1500 a month in Laurel, link please?

I'm thinking that's a house that Ultra owns and charges that rent to long term tenants -- probably no link, since the rental is not available.

We were great tenants -- but our wonderful landlord couldn't find anyone good for the most expensive apartment. So he sold and we got booted. Which led us to the worst landlord EVER.... and home ownership...

By the way -- my mortgage just went down.... to 459.43 a month....
