Hi, im looking to by a house and was wondering what people think about hayward hills area. I found a few houses that I like in the Hayward Highland area and was wondering if this area is good. I have looked into castro Valley and fremont area but most of the houses in my price range are not that nice so please give me your opinions about Hayward Hills or the Highland community, i hear a lot of bad things about hayward but honestly driving around it doesnt look no where as bad as people make it out to be.

Also here are three of the houses i looked at in the area. the first two are right in the hills the last one is in the flat area

2756 GAMBLE Ct, Hayward, CA 94542 | MLS# 40550392

27751 FALLEN LEAF Ct, Hayward, CA 94542 | MLS# 81145087

26059 GUSHUE St, Hayward, CA 94544 | MLS# 81203118

Thanks

I have cousins who live in the Hayward hills--nice view from their backyard. I would say it is nice and fairly safe up there from the feeling I've gotten when there, and from what they've said. They've lived there over 15 years and like it. I wouldn't move there if you will or do have kids and plan on sending your kids to public schools though. They homeschooled all their 9 kids

The Hayward Hills area is not bad, that area is very safe, clean and good, even all Hayward city is not bad, the only thing is that Hayward is becoming a dirty and an upset suburban area. Some areas of Hayward are nice and some are very ugly.
