Do such exist in Santa Fe? It's almost like the food would be an afterthought to the ambiance Need recs asap please!!

Dining outside is still an iffy proposition at this time of year -- it could be too chilly. But options for nice places with indoor/outdoor options:

Geronimo
El Farol (A bit more bar-ish than restaurant, great setting)
The Compound
La Casa Sena
Restaurant Martin

I've heard good things about Georgia

I'll agree with jakabedy's recommendations. I'd also add L'Olivier. And the patio at Luminaria at the Inn & Spa at Loretto is quite nice as well. This is a town with loads of good restaurants; great food is definitely not an afterthought!
