My wife had flew to Sarasota to look at homes back in November. We looked at 25 plus resale, short sale and new homes from Parrish down to Cape Coral. for us it is strictly an investment in a vacation home. We really like the Riverstrand development but now are wondering about the inlets? We have toured new Medallion homes and Lennar homes. It is concerning that we find allot of 1 year old homes for sale in Riverstrand?? But yet it seems to be good leverage against the purchase price on a new home there? It is a big development with allot of homesites to develop over the next few years. Medallions inlets development is a lot smaller. Would the inlets be a better investment??
