I was curious with the market so depressed, what is the average price of homes that are selling? How long do they sit on the market and how much are they getting compaired to what they are asking?

I am hearing prices are down 9% from last year.

Just curious to see what is moving here

Depends on the area. Jenny, which area(s) are you referring to? It can vary greatly. Let me know and I'll post the stats

Sarasota , Venice, North Port I am just curious to see which priced homes are selling and how long they are sitting on the market and what the people got VS what they were asking. I think it is interesting to see plus for people buying/selling it will give them an idea of what is moving.

North Port-including single family homes, townhomes, manufactured homes, condos, etc

I think the longer DOM has to do with the amount of short sales and the extended wait time for them to close. I’ll post each city as I complete them
