We probably don't need much in the way of new housing, but it would be nice to sell off the backlog of existing and empty new construction.

What are we, 18 months in on a backlog of housing in the Savannah MSA?

That's what I've heard. It's amazing how much this is hurting our economy.

We're not much different than the rest of the country, but it's great seeing that some of our big, local manufacturers are putting their confidence back into our community.
