I'm am independent female. I have a certain set income. Yet I work. Extremely artistic and after visiting Savannah several times I know that its where I belong. Near the down town area but I'm flexible. I'm open to the idea of a roommate. Age is no matter just can't be one who doesn't respect a free spirit. I don't live by hours only by the moments were given. No drama. A flexible soul. I can do a studio but would love the opportunity to discover more about Savannah from one who knows it. I have set goals in mind. I'd do better with a guide. Preferably a female of a younger age. Or one with a free spirit like mine. I'm gifted and I can't be controlled by certain rules. Before I put all my personal information I need to know if I'm going to have to find a place on my own. Thanks. Kricket

I have found that IF one can afford rent on their own, the greater majority prefer living alone. Other than partners, shares are for the most part for reasons of lowering the monthly expense.

If you can find / afford a place to stay temporarily (say 3-6 months) and are very social (going out, making friends, joining groups etc) I think you'll find opportunities to share a place with somebody within a short period of time. There are many people just like yourself living in Savannah. Lots of downtown properties lend themselves to roommate situations because of their unique design, not to mention cost.

Totally agree with News. The artsy areas are full of young, creative people like yourself. If you can spend some time among them, I'm sure you will find a room mate, if you still want one by then.
