Costco is already in Augusta, it opened in 2011.

Well that sure is coming out of left field, from a 1 Post person. And for a reply to a 3 year old thread. Clearly this is an alias for someone with a particular axe to grind, or land to sell. Perhaps a developer unhappy about any recent zoning decisions.

Newsboy had it right, if they come it will be in Pooler. That makes business sense. Plain and simple. A huge business like Costco will certainly not be tucked away over toward the Islands area. Dream on. That was always going to be mixed use and residential, like Savannah River Landing, anyway. Very suspicious post, 1 Post Person.
