A Brita is waaay cheaper.
'Specially if you rent, like me.
And if you keep the pitcher in the fridge, it's cold.

Cold water from the fridge? Who woulda thunk it? Those contraptions make ice cubes too, sometimes.

I've never been anyplace that had icy cold water from the tap. Even my well water wasn't that cold.

Personally, I don't like the water that comes from the fridge. It tastes like fridge, even with a clean filter. Nothing wrong with a Brita. Now, you'd really need one if you if you lived in Bluffton. Their water tastes like algae.

Up in the Catskills in N.Y.
And up in the Ozarks in MO.
I had really cold tap water from the well.

The water over all isn't that bad if you can get used to the chlorine taste.

I don't like drinking icy cold water. My drinking water has to be a few degrees below room temp for it to be perfect.

The water here, to me, is very disgusting. I can't smell it without feeling sick. For that reason I got a pur filter that attaches to my sink tap and also a filter for my shower head because the water gave me a body rash when I first moved here.

Disgusting?
Kinda harsh word doncha think?
If you ain't used to it, it sure is different, is all.

And I love the way I feel when I get out of the shower.
Not a rash, just dried out, and squeeky clean.
Not like the hard well water I usta have to deal with.

Just my 26cents worth.
