homesinseattle, thanks for the suggestion on the Mongolian place. I'll check it out. I'm originally from the Bay Area so there were lots of good choices back there. Now I'm trying to find all the good local spots in Seattle. I'll look into the Ethiopian restaurant also if I happen to ever be nearby.
